Delia and Jesus began their journey in the restaurant business in 1995 in Charlotte, North Carolina, alongside other family members. Their goal was always to one day open their own establishment and set a positive example for their daughters and family. Eventually, they moved to Ohio and fulfilled their dream by opening their own restaurant in London, Ohio, offering an authentic taste of home—a taste of Jalisco, Mexico.
La Carreta features a variety of authentic dishes, including the molcajete—a fajita served in a traditional lava rock bowl. They are also renowned for their tableside guacamole, freshly made to order right at your table, allowing customers to see the process firsthand. We invite you to come and feel at home with us.
